Great location in Nice!

Apartment was situated on the Promenade across the road from the beach and a short walk to the main area of town with lots of shops and restaurants.Booking agent met us on arrival and departure and was very helpful.

Stunning location and wonderful place to stay. Great location too, across the street from the beach and close to supermarket and restaurants. There is an additional 150euro fee for cleaning not listed in the original pricing on the app but this is communicated via email after booking. Only recommendation would be to include this in the Vrbo platform instead for no confusion.

The property was exactly as described. The apartment was very clean and the location was perfect! Right across from the beach and promenade and the view was awesome. Beds were comfortable and the AirCon worked great. Francis was very helpful and gave us great tips to enjoy Nice and the surrounding area. The location was very close to shops and restaurants We would definitely stay here again. GREAT VALUE!

Great place and great location!

Great place right on the promenade, about a 10-15 minute walk to the old town. You are right on the public beach or can use a private section where you can rent beds. Place was very clean, ac worked very well and Frances was great with the check in process .

Nice - feedback

Our stay in Nice was excellent and that was largely due to Nadine’s flat. The flat was immaculate. Coordinated check in with Francis and it was a breeze. The flat was literally 500 feet from the public beach with great views. Old town Nice was approx a 15 minute walk and offered plenty of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay at Nadine’s place again!

Great location

The property was in a perfect location close to the beach and a 20 minute walk to the train you can take to other places near Nice. It was clean & spacious with the main bathroom having one of the biggest showers we’ve seen in Europe.

As advertised. Parking a bit of a pain, but place is right on promenade. Wifi and hot water are great. Hostess Francis works hard ro make sure you are comfortable and it is so nice to sit on living room and watch Nice go by. Noise was not an issue at all!

The view from the living room rivals the finest hotels in Nice. There couldn’t be a better location. Francis was so helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.

Riviera vacation

Apartment was exactly as shown. Very clean and spacious in a great location. The beach clubs across the street do create noise at night which can be heard in apartment, but location and views of water made up for it. All in all a great place to stay in Nice. I would definitely stay again.

Check in with Frances was seamless- she was friendly & welcoming. Showed us around the apartment & how to use everything. The apartment is beautifully appointed & well thought out to have a nice vacation with family. There were even beach towels to use! Location is 2 minute walk to the beach & about a 25 minute walk to the downtown area. 4 minute walk to a grocery store was handy. Enough dishes & pots/pans to use daily. Air conditioning was nice & cold. The owner has thought of everything! Also, the apartment was very clean. All in all, we were so very happy with our stay & highly recommend!!

Superb stay

The location is unequalled! The living room overlooks the Promenade des Anglais on floor 1 (floor above the ground floor). The kitchen, dining and living form a great room w lots of light and ventilation. The bedrooms have windows but no real view. There was plenty of room for 2 of us, but we used all of the rooms for dressing and storage.

Beautiful apartment!

We loved staying in this beautiful apartment! The view from the living room was amazing! So wonderful to sit in a lovely apartment with air conditioning and enjoy the views of the beach and the Promenade de Anglais while sipping wine in the evenings. The location is perfect--with a short walk to Old Nice. We loved our accommodations and highly recommend this apartment to all.

Perfect Location - nice clean flat

Very easy check-in and check-out with the very synaptic Francis. Perfect location at the promenade. The flat had a room with double bed and another room with two single beds. Every room had it‘s own A/C. Everything was very clean.

A lovely trip to Nice

We had a great stay at the property. The apartment was as described. Francine, the property manager was a godsend when our little one got sick and she helped us navigate a doctor coming to the property and then helped us with the pharmacy to get her prescription filled. We enjoyed the proximity of the apartment to the promenade and all that Nice has to offer. We loved our stay. We look forward to returning again and staying there.

Great view in wonderful neoghborhood

The view of the water could not be any better. Nice apartment with good hosts and many wonderful shops just steps away. Try riding a bike along the promenade or to the harbor.

Amazing location

Absolutely fabulous location with a wonderful view. We loved sitting in the living room looking out to sea and watching all the comings and goings on the Promenade. We were on holiday as 2 couples, so it was great to have 2 bathrooms. The single mattresses in the 2nd bedroom were a bit soft for us as adults but we understand that this will be changed soon. Frances was great and provided some very helpful tips for activities, restaurants and excursions. Overall, a wonderful stay!
