"Everybody should know that you have to read the little text of the booking carefully before coming to this hotel. They don´t speak other than germany and we did not manage to get anybody answering the phone. They require photo of you ID and of the credit card before coming even if you have paid the room in advance. Only then you get the code for the entrance and to your room. "It's a simple hotel without a lot of services, but it is clean, comfortable, and the staff is quite nice. Breakfast was very good, buffet style, with a good selection of breads, cold cuts, yogurt, and oatmeal, as well as scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. Location is very practical, a 15 walk from the train station, 5 from lots of restaurants, and literally across the street from a shopping mall. It's also a 10 minute walk from the Phantasialand shuttle. If I return to the region I'll be booking...
