"Very nice hotel"

"First rate right from the start. The complimentary airport shuttle was very easy and convenient to and from the Hotel Schipol. Check in at the hotel was friendly and quick. It is a big complex, like a resort with a resort feel. There is a fitness centre and good sized swimming pool. Also available for rental are e-bikes, which we took advantage of to spend a day cycling around Westeinderplassen (West End Lakes) by Aalsmeer and through the neighbouring countryside. A very nice ride on the e-bikes. The room was clean and modern, although the bathroom could have been more inviting had it been in its own closed off area, rather than just a frosted glass door closing off the rather cramped space it occupied by the side of the room. Other than that, the room was very nice. The staff at the front desk, and in the restaurant and breakfast area were very helpful and friendly. The meals…what to say. They were very, VERY good. The quality, and quantity, of the food in the evening dining area was excellent. The serving staff was exceptional, answering questions and providing helpful menu suggestions. The breakfast buffet was very special. So many choices and so tasty. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such an array of fine food at a breakfast buffet. Very good. Overall the choice to stay at the Hotel Schipol was an excellent decision."

"Really enjoyable stay. The executive room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we would want other than a bath sheet as the towels that were provided were small and not fluffy. Great location and great bar with friendly and professional service."

"Location is great .. easy straightforward walk from Rotterdam Central Train Station. Checkin and checkout were both easy .. Grocery store.. AH just right around the corner. Trams accessible right in front of the hotel. Thanks to Kegsjaina at the front desk for quick checkin and for courtesies each day as we headed out to explore Rotterdam. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning and the beverage offer in exchange for "staying green". "
