"Clean room, decent size for Tokyo, even had a massage chair which we ended up using every night to our own surprise. The downside is that it takes a lot of space and if you are a couple with 2 large bags it becomes difficult to move.
The breakfast is basic so if not included in your rate, don’t bother with it.
The check in is strictly at 14:00 with no flexibility- they literally wait until 2PM on the dot to start check in - regardless if the rooms are ready. This means that there is a huge crowd of people waiting to check in at the same time - so it’s a bit of a mess. Not sure why the management wouldn’t check people in earlier if the rooms are ready.
Nevertheless, a solid option for a short stay, 7 min walk to Tokyo station and right on top of Ginza line. "
"Fantastic location, within 800meters of Tokyo Main Station. Easy walking distance to many department stores and large selection of restaurants .
Hotel offers many facilities,, would highly recommend Koko Hotel Ginza.
Staff extremely helpful"
"I loved this hotel! The location is excellent, close to the subway and Tokyo Station. The staff is very professional and efficient. I loved the hotel; I definitely recommend it."
"Just what we wanted - walking distance to Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace and to the Ginzu line to get back from Shibuya. Lots of dining options in the underground malls close by (Yaechika, and an excellent recommendation for a ramen place). Clean and safe ( but what isn’t here). Room was small for sure, but that was expected. Price was reasonable. "
