"宿泊当日は強い雨であったため予定より早く到着してしまったのですが、30分ほど早めに部屋へ案内していただきました。スタッフの方の臨機応変な対応に感謝します。施設は各所に古さを感じさせるものの、日々のメンテナンスはしっかりされているようでした。ただ大浴場はサウナ設備が故障したままで使用できなかったのが残念でした。 夕食はいただきませんでしたが、朝食ビュッフェは思った以上にバラエティに富んでいて満足出来ました。"

"China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort. Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also. "宿泊したら無料の朝食がついていたが、たいしたことないと期待せずにいたら充実した美味しいご飯を食べることができて大満足だった。チェックアウト間際に部屋でドリンクを派手にこぼして迷惑をかけたのに、こちらの旅行気分を壊すことなく、気持ちよく帰してくれたこと。清潔でキレイなお部屋、接客が特に素晴らしいホテルだったことお勧めしたい。また、福島へ宿泊の際にはリピートさせていただきます。"
