「I discovered that bathing products didn't be renewed, one-third of conditioner is being used and left with some white dried conditioner. Disgusting dirt was unclened around the garbage bin in washroom. Floor near bathroom got moudly. I couldn't expect these happened in a 5 star hotel. Hotel do need to be reconditioned, obsolete impression. Other than that, view of acropolis was great, staff were nice, breakfast buffet tasted average 」

「沐浴居然無擋水，沐浴完畢整個浴室地台會全濕，非常不方便。而最糟糕的是我放在行李箱內的現金HKD2000會被偷去，酒店方面承諾跟進，但我回家差不多已一星期還未收到回覆。在酒店遇到小偷，而且我肯定是酒店員工做的。奉勸準備入住這酒店的朋友，務必小心。」

「Certainly is a Gem! So convenient for access to tourist bus. Staff amazing. Our rooms were very quiet with excellent shower and comfortable bed. 「I loved that this hotel was near everything. Literally. Food, souvenir shops, meat and fish market, grocery store, restaurants, etc. if you’re looking to explore Athens this is the perfect hotel to stay at. The rooms are a little small, but might be large by European standards. I would say they are more for sleeping and showering, and not for spending the day in. The staff was great. The breakfast was not appealing, but there are great restaurants that serve brunch within close walking distance.」

「The staff are very kind and efficient, the top floor has a most beautiful view, it can see the Arcropolis directly, you can choose it for the breakfast and dinner. A little but noise because it’s in the center of the Athens, and nearby Arcropolis. You can take a Uber just about 10 minutes, there’s a subway just walk out of the hotel 2minutes. You can walk to Hondors Center to shopping for walking 8minutes. The only one point , the bathroom is small, shower room is narrow. 」

「The Moxy was great for a one night stay to hang out with friends before they jumped on a cruise. We enjoyed the room and the staff - excellent service! The surrounding area did leave quite a bit to be desired unfortunately but Athens is a big city and this is downtown so makes sense it would be a bit loud and dirty. 」

「We received warm welcome the day and staff were always friendly and willing to help. The hotel is at great location, closed to the Acropolis and there are so many restaurants around. The room isn’t big but it’s cozy and clean. I will still choose to stay at Hera hotel if I visit Athens next time. It’s a lovely hotel.」

"As an airport hotel. This one is super easy walking distance to arrive airport (less 50 meters). The staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially when you arrive midnight because the airplane got delayed. The beds are extremely comfortable and we slept like babies. No complaints at all so if you have next day long flight or early flight, this hotel won’t let you down."
