"Stair inside the room that can directly goto the other room without door/gate. Feel not safe if stranger live downstair, also not safe if young kids walking around. The toilet without any ventilation fan, make it a bit smelly. Parking area is not big enough for 2 car, maybe is the parking instruction not show clearly how to park the car. The instruction should show how two car parking in the parking area. This house better for those who only need sleep."

"This was a great little place to ski and stay in Niseko. Very central to all the things in Hirafu. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the ski lift but still great. The staff were super helpful in helping us get a ride to the airport in Chitose when we got stuck without a rental car that we were expecting. Great stay. Would stay here again."

"This is a very nice property. A few things need to be maintained and checked. The humidifiers were quite gross upon removal of the tanks to refill. I own a humidifier, they require cleaning. I lightly cleaned them myself with warm water, but didn’t want to use our only abrasive sponge. The onsen right sliding door was left slightly open, I pushed it shut on our 2nd day only to realize on our 3rd day that it made the problem worse on the left door.
