「The hotel was very nice. Staff was great. Everyone spoke English as well, which was very helpful. In room dining and the restaurant were both great quality. Only downside was the mattress; zero support. 」

「Location is very central, a few minutes walk can take you to the general bus station, airport shuttle and some major attractions as well. Room was neat and comfortable. However I didn’t enjoy the reception service. Thought it’s Aparthotel so took for granted of 24h reception. When I arrived after 8-hour exhausting road trip, there’s nobody at the reception and the door was locked. I had to make international call w/ my mobile and was told to wait 20min as the receptionist was outside. Finally...

「The employees at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The size of the room is ok. The issue is with the breakfast. There were not enough choices, and some choices did not get refilled after they had been totally consumed by the guests. Parking is free, but bear in mind that the carpark is quite small and the road/tunnel leading to the carpark is quite narrow, need to be quite skillful to get in and out, particularly when you have a big car.」
