Good location. Nice hotel but could use a face lift. Many things were dated. There was a light out in bathroom. Not a big deal but this is something the cleaning staff should have noticed. Also some TV stations were listed, CNN for example, but when we tried to watch, screen was blank. Bed was comfortable, pillows were a bit soft.

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous hotel. Extra touches like champagne and cake for a birthday were lovely and totally unexpected. It is slightly out of the Belgrade Waterfront area, but all public transport in Belgrade is free and easy to navigate, and it's well placed for spots like the Church of Saint Sava and Nikola Tesla Museum. Breakfast was more than adequate and in a lovely setting. The pool and spa facilities are great. The panoramic view from the restaurant at the top is superb at sunset. Parking is secure and 3000RSD per day.

Fantastic service! I'm a Receptionist myself and the receptionists were amazing! I got an upgrade to a HUGE suite. Like an apartment. Friendly laundry service lady. Loved the breakfast and coffee. Great cocktails at the rooftop. (But a little expensive) . Will definitely stay here if in Belgrade next time.

Hotel has a long history with lots of celebrities sponsorship in the 50s and 60s. However rooms and hallways look old and need revamp. Only good thing to comment on is the spa with quite a big swimming pools two saunas and a steam room. You can also sunbathe in the back garden There was a graduation party at the night right before my checkout and the music was loud I could hardly rest. Expo is coming in 2027 so please do some renovatiions to greet the world
