Ask to changed room as it smelt like cigarette smoke free facility. Told there were no other rooms when there clearly was. Then was charged a fee to “update” to a room that didn’t smell like an ash tray.

Good hotel for the price

We booked and stayed in a "tatami room", which has one king sized bed and no window. The room has a little desk with two cups, an electric kettle. But there is no chair. I think it's alright since the room is quite small and the desk is close to the bed. The room is well air-conditioned and has a wall-mounted TV. Sadly the input ports of the TV are blocked against the wall so I can't connect my computer to the TV. There's two electric socket at opposite ends of the room. The room is modern and clean. Staff changes lining and towels everyday. There's some parking spaces just outside the hotel for us to park. There's a lot of shops around here, from McDonalds and KFC drive-thru to Tesco mall to local shops, just within minutes of driving distance.

The room is clean and suitable for relaxing. The hotel is in the middle of the city. During my stay, there was night market near the hotel. There are many shops, fast food restaurant, around the hotel. There was aeon mall in front of the hotel. However, the advertisement in Trivago stated that the hotel has pool, but it didn't have. Trivago brought me to Expedia. I booked this hotel because I thought there was pool for my kids to swim. Please do not put false advertisement! I was a bit disappointed.
