“Bright headlights from the road fairly frequent traffics woke some of us up at night. Some blinds could be added to reduce light penetration in room whilst cutting out the traffic noise would be too difficult to do in this kind of building.”

We regretted we didn't have more than one night to enjoy this picturesque village and perfect house. It surpassed all expectations. “This was the accommodation we looked most forward to on our Japan trip, and it did not disappoint. It was very beautiful and cozy. Well renovated old traditional house. Spacious living room downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. There is all you need to cook and wash. We ordered half pension, which is highly recommended. Great local food. The breakfast you cook yourself after a easy to follow instruction. I would love to come back for more than pone night. ”

“Good view around the hotel but not every room having sea-view. A large supermarket next to the hotel. A local society near the hotel provides a path to involve into the daily life of local people. ”

“Arsta Inn is a great option for those who needs to stay in Maizuru. Fairly priced and complimented with a decent breakfast in a cosy cafe (albeit small), the experience was justified. Staff were very polite and efficient, offering a true experience of Japanese courtesy. Room experience was typical of business hotels in Japan.
