「Small room and bathroom with a small shower that does not shield water well. The floor is very watery after the shower. There’s room to improve.」

「Chambre propre, rien à dire. Accueil nickel à l'arrivée. Mais déplaisant le jour du départ d'avoir dès 8h30/9h du bruit à tous les étages lié au ménage....çà parlait et criait dans tous les sens.....puis le pompon à 10h30 on nous appelle pour nous demander si on prend une nuit supplémentaire, car on n'avait pas encore rendu la chambre (deadline fixée à 11h). Aucun état d'âme, aucun respect, même le 1er janvier.」

「Estuvimos con nuestros hijos en dos habitaciones y nos encantó. Las habitaciones grandes y bonitas. El entorno encantador, rodeado de naturaleza y preciosas vistas. Llevamos desayuno también contratado y estaba muy completo y buena calidad. Todo el personal muy amable. Recomendamos el hotel para ir a viajar por la zona de San Sebastián y alrededores. 」

「Beautiful resort with very nice staff. We slept soundly due to the quiet area and the comfortable bed. The shower is excellent and the bathroom looks like it’s updated as all the fixtures are of a high quality and nice design. We chose the breakfast option and it was delicious with a lot of choices. All the food was very fresh. You can even boil your own egg if you don’t want the scrambled eggs. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. 」

「The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly...
