“I really wanted to love this place. The property itself is beautiful—lush trees, birds everywhere, and a very peaceful setting. The owners also provide snorkeling gear and kayaks, which is a nice touch. However, several issues made our stay disappointing. “Our condo was outstanding. Perfect for us. It is a beautiful place to take a vacation. Gorgeous property. We saw sloths, monkeys, tropical birds and a red frog. Chef Saul in La Rosa accommodated our changes with a smile. When I made soup and discovered there were no bowls of any kind, I messaged Estefani at the front desk and not ten minutes later there was a knock on our door by a gentleman with bowls. “The pool is small, but great and refreshing. The staff are very nice from ground staff through to the owner. There is a space for a gym, but no actual gym, just some mats and a few light weights. The view from the gym is excellent though, monkeys and iguanas.”

“The location was just far enough away from the busy Bocas Town it made it feel like we were on our own private island. Attractive rooms with the best view and an overall inviting aura. The thing that made this an 11/10 is the food and food service. Every meal was amazing and served with a friendly smile. The lounge chairs on the deck made it hard to leave this serine location.”

Die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt, es sind viele junge Menschen da. Kontakte knüpfen ist - sofern gewünscht - sehr einfach. Neben dem eigentlichen Personal unterstützen hilfsbereite Volunteers den Service. Ab dem ersten Tag wurden wir stets mit unserem Namen angesprochen.
