「This is a unique property. Much appreciated the serene and unhurried atmosphere. Very quiet property, the sound of the waves is the background music and ocean breeze is very nice. Staff were nice and professional. Great please to disconnect and leave your devices in the room.」

This was escalated to the chairman. After much to and fro it was agreed I would receive a refund of two nights as we left early due to lack of choice and general incompetence. The room itself was kept spotless with daily housekeeping. The staff were very nice and polite. We even had the opportunity to celebrate new years with the staff and eat amazing food.
