Karuna El Nido Villas

"This was one of the more interesting hotels that I stayed at while in the Philippines. Tucked away up a hilly forested area, the hotel gives you the feeling of a luxury hotel with an outdoor campground vibe. I had a large room with a beautiful, draped bed that faced one of the most beautiful views I've ever had in any hotel in any country. The bed faced a wrap-around oversized villa style balcony that overlooked beautiful blue water with a stone mountain overlooking the area. The view alone justified the price of the villa in my opinion. The room was very spacious but seemed a little earthy, probably due to the jungle pretty much surrounding the room. There were bugs that constantly made their way into the room. You couldnt leave food out anywhere because the little ants would swarm it within minutes in certain areas. I also saw the biggest spider I've ever seen in my life walking under my bed! The bathroom was out outside of the room but attached to the rear in a secluded spot bordered by woods. The cool thing was that monkeys would sit on my balcony and just hang out while I was there. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating and would provide much needed transportation in and out of the resort area. The restaurant also was outdoors and had a nice view and menu selection with a helpful staff. The biggest problem would be that there's a huge challenge if youre handicapped because of the sloped mountain the hotel sat on. Would highly recommend! 8 out of 10."

"Our stay at Bahala Na Villas was truly wonderful! The staff were attentive, friendly, and so easy to communicate with—just a WhatsApp message away. The only downside is that it’s a little farther from town proper, around 20 minutes away, although it’s conveniently only about 10 minutes from the airport. Thankfully, they have their own tricycle service that we could easily message whenever we needed a ride, which made getting around very convenient. I’d also like to commend Ate Mimi and Kuya Mac for going above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. They truly made our stay extra special. One small incident actually made me appreciate the place even more. I paid a ₱2,000 cash deposit at check-in and completely forgot about it when we checked out. Since a different person assisted us at checkout, it was understandably overlooked. I only remembered when we were already at the airport. I messaged them, and they immediately returned the deposit through GCash without any issue. They could have easily ignored it, but they didn’t—and that really says a lot about their honesty and integrity. El Nido was magical, and Bahala Na Villas made the experience even more special. The location was a small trade-off, but the hospitality and overall experience more than made up for it. Definitely recommend!"

"My second time staying at this hotel and really enjoyed it. Definitely worth it for the view, fresh breakfast, amenities, professionalism of the staff, and walking distance to El Nido town. I was very happy to see how many improvements were made during my last stay 2 years ago. The owner is great and made me feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel."

"這次入住愛妮島的 H 飯店，整體設施讓人印象深刻。我們特別喜歡他們的頂樓景觀酒吧 Piece of Sky，傍晚上去喝調酒看夕陽非常舒服，氣氛真的很放鬆。飯店也有提供合作的健身房，設備還算齊全，下午沒事可以去動一動，晚上再去 H Signature Spa 按摩，非常方便。房間內的私人景觀陽台視野很好，可以直接看海。飯店的公共設施跟地點都滿方便的，走路就能到海灘和市區逛街，是一次很不錯的住宿體驗。"
