“The staff was very accomodating with our requests and informative with activities we can do around the resort. The place was very quiet and was able to provide me with a much needed break from a busy life. The views were amazing. All in all, it was an amazing experience made easier by their staff. As this is an "off-grid" stay out in the outbacks of Palawan, a bit of dust and dirt everywhere is expected. But the staff made efforts to provide us with anything we needed to stay comfortable. ”

“The owner moved us to his aother hotel named JM Pension because a guest was sick and stayed in the room of Novie's for a few more days. JM Pension is next to Novie's. Price is the same, deco average, clean, small but with a balcony. What satisfies me most are the hotel staff, especially Ems, she is super nice and helpful and friendly! The only con is every morning the roosters wake you up at about 5. And there are too many of them. Guess there might be less of them in the town.”

“The room was disgusting. The bathroom water was brown. The toilet wouldn’t flush and when we asked someone about fixing it they say it flushed and when we checked it wasn’t. We left. You can find way nicer hotels in el Nido for the same price or for even cheaper. This hotel is nasty and filled with bugs. Staff wasn’t helpful at all.”

“L'hôtel ne ressemble pas du tout aux photos (poulailler de chaque côté de la chambre avec des dizaines de poules et coqs qui chantent à longueur de nuit) nous n’avons pu dormir à peine 5-6h en deux nuits. Le personnel, pauvre George qui subit seule sur place la mauvaise gestion de son patron. Les équipements sont inexistants, nous n’avosn même pas eu droit à un petit savon pour prendre notre douche en arrivznt ou même se laver les mains après être allés aux toilettes.
