"I have mixed emotions about this place, though the Manager and her gesture of a bottle of wine was kind they need to focus on service and cleanliness. This is a nice resort however it needs a lot of TLC and attention to detail. We paid extra for a room with a pool that we did not use because of lack of cleanliness, the pool was green and they did not attend to it daily. The sheets to the private pool in our room were disgusting. Pool Water was just sitting and developed algae. We were here for 4 nights and they can 1 time to clean the rooms. The staff is so slow to attend to our needs and to service the rooms, they come late in the evening vs early morning when we leave the room. A lot of things on their menu they did not have, we had breakfast 1 day only due the the limited availability and lack of flavor. This resort dos have ice views and is away from crowds."

"The resort was amazing. We stayed in a beach cottage sea view and it was so relaxing. The resort is boutique and very intimate. We felt so relaxed from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. The pool is quite small but more than enough to take a dip and swim around. The beds in the water on the second pool were a bonus. Very chic. We always got a bed lounge to sit on. The sunsets at the resort are amazing and people come from all over the area to see it and eat at the beautiful restaurant We found the food very tasty and ate there most breakfast lunches and dinner we were in the rssort . We found it so easy and the prices were so reasonable. There are alot restaurants in the area too which are a short walk away. Bella vita pizza in paricular is just as good as pizza you get in italy. I read that the beach was not nice, but for us it was really stunning. The water was shallow but was very clear. More than enough for a swim, you just had to walk out a bit. The staff are super friendly and they made our stay so memorable. I dont think You will be dissapointed if you stay here. Its probably the most relaxing place we have been to and we are very well travelled staying at alot of 4 and 5 star hotels and resorts. This place punches well above its star rating. Thank you to all staff and manageement for making our stay so memorable. A bonus is that tour a and c depart from the beach out the front of the resort."
