「Location is definitely what you are paying for. Stunningly beautiful. The staff is very tentative. Breakfast is good. We do wish they payed better attention to detail. Example: watering and nurturing the plants. They have so much potential! To us it’s obvious it’s a management problem, not an employee issue. Again, the staff is a 10/10.」

「I couldn't contact the host or find Malaya House but it was on Google maps in an area with a maze of footpaths and other resorts. Then I recognized the 2nd floor verandah from a photo in Wotif. I met the cleaners there by chance who gave me the key and I never saw anyone else again. It's near the entrance to the Panorama Boutique hotel & Beach Club.
