Favourite hotel in NL by far!

We loved the location and unique setting the hotel provided. The bathroom was small but the bedroom area was spacious. In July, the AC was perfect!! We would return again.

The hotel had no reception, which is a glorified air bnb therefore not a hotel. The check-in system is lousy. You are reliant on your phone to open doors, what if your battery dies? Next, most of the staff were very unpleasant, rude at best. One of them literally hustled my partner to pay the bill mid-stay meanwhile the booking was in my name. I was in the room trying to pay via their lousy link which barely worked. Next the bed was very uncomfortable, mattress was too soft. We ended up with back pains. This area is too far from Amsterdam there’s no need. I do not recommend.and I’m actually very offended at how they hustled my partner to pay the bill mid-stay while the booking was in my name.

Outstanding staff, unbelievable ambience, everything is available for free bikes, umbrellas and even fruits, barista coffee in the morning The best shower !!! Any book you can think of to read or look at. What a great concept!!!
