Very close to everything love the layout- like a living room downstairs where you meet fellow travellers with wine a cheese every night and a full open bar (pour yourself) great breakfast every morning with fresh made to order omelets and eggs bacon cheeses lox fresh breads lattes all included.

Great location. Trams run from early morning until late; not a problem for me but partner found them noisy. When we stayed, the whole road was undergoing works so not sure what traffic noise is like generally.
Hotel clean. Felt very safe - had to use card key to access hotel, guest toilet, stairwell to floors.
Location great, maybe 10 mins walk to Central Station.
Room (2nd floor overlooking main road) was clean. Quite compact as expected in city hotels. Good sized bed, shower was lovely.
Staff friendly and helpful. And very kindly left my partner some small cakes and a card in our room, for his birthday; lovely and unexpected.
If i returned to Amsterdam, would stay again.

In a quiet area, but the metro is literally a 2 minute walk away and in 10 minutes you are in Amsterdam Central via the metro. It was nice to travel out of the main area and enjoy the quiet. Staff were all polite and helpful. Room was very clean and had good facilities. They have gone for quite an industrial vibe in the room, there’s no carpet etc but we liked it. All room facilities including blinds were run by the iPad in the room. McDonalds literally dead opposite if you don’t want to pay hotel prices for breakfast! I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again
