"Panoramic room on the 22nd floor with superb views across the Shinjuku skyline. The perfect hotel room to stay in the night before closing the Tokyo Chapter of my Japan journey. Wonderfully comfortable bed, excellent facilities. Very friendly staff. Also had breakfast, great selection at the buffet and excellent to have 2 chefs making eggs and omelettes to order. Superb as well to be able to order an iron and actual ironing board into the room. The only hotel in Japan I’ve been able to do this and finally iron my clothes. Overall a wonderful stay. Highly recommended. "

"The room is clean and bed n pillow so comfortable , room is spacious , bathroom is great , they provide toothbrush with toothpaste , comb, facial cleanser, pajamas , etc . It has Lawson store beside it and train station urayasu . Love it n will comeback "

"While the hotel has laundry service, it does not provide coin laundry in the building, which is a minor inconvience for quick short one night stays. You may be required to queue for entry to the breakfast buffet so do allocate some time for that "

"I loved everything about this hotel! The staff is excellent and professional. The decor is beautiful. There are several restaurants and shops. One of the days we were there it rained all day and we never had to leave the hotel--we ate, we shopped, we spent time in the lounge on the 47th floor looking at the amazing scenery. Our room was comfortable and clean. Lastly the location was excellent. It is walking distance to the Shinjiku nightlife, but quiet near the hotel. The biggest surprise was the nightly Tokyo Night and Light Show from 7 to 9:45! The show is projected onto the Metropolitan Government building right across the street from the hotel. We had front row seats from our hotel room. We were able to get onto the Hop On Hop Off bus a block from the hotel. This is an amazing hotel!"

"Pretty small but we booked it only for one night as we were planning a night out in golden gai. Easy to spot and had a nice cafe + rooftop bar in the building. Great as a single stop if in the area."

"A great hotel for international visitors. The staff speak English. There is a convenience store attached to the hotel, which is very helpful. It is not two centrally located, but is within walking distance of a train station which easily gets you into downtown."
