“The air conditioning was very lacking. It was off when I arrived at 3pm in July for the 4th with friends and family. Turned it on and set it on 74 degrees F and left. When I got back late that evening it was not 74 degrees more like 84 degrees. I was tried, took a shower. stayed wet and slept on top of the covers. I the morning it still the same temp and when leaving the safety latch was off set and wouldn't unlatch and I wiggled the door around to try and line up the latch and very small, short……

“Great!”

“Roaches in room, smelled of smoke as soon as you walked in the door.”

“My room did have a kitchenette”

“This property is not safe. The door had pry marks on them like it had been broken into. The room was very dirty. It had not been vacuumed, swept, or dusted. There were dead bugs. It was literally disgusting. We left and found a hotel that was clean enough to sleep in. ”
