“Second time staying here and probably last. Tried to book room thru their website. Was more than Expedia and wouldn’t match and I’m a Marriott member and still wouldn’t do anything. So booked thru Expedia. Room was dusty and didn’t even give new glasses after we used them. Then 2x our key card stopped working. Asked to talk to a manager. Was given a number to call. Called and it just rang so couldn’t leave a number. Then called and asked front desk to have someone call back. Still……

“The room was clean but the layout was strange. The room had horrible lighting, the bathroom and TV weren’t located in a practical space. The people at the front desk were very kind but slow. I tried calling the front desk and nobody ever answered. They charge for parking then ask you to tip but still add a service e charge to the bill. The location was nice!”

“Very disappointing. Front desk rarely had someone at it. If you ring the bell to call someone, no one arrives. Room was dirty.”

“Staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely patient. The hotel is located near the places we wanted to visit and we were delighted that it was so easy. The breakfast which was included with our room was delicious and against staff was friendly and very helpful.”

“The bathroom door lock in the room was broken, there were holes burned by smoke on the sheets, the room smelled of smoke, and the service staff had a bad attitude.”

“Extremely filthy, very run down, staff is almost nonexistent and useless. The property is shady and dangerous. There are homeless, drug activities, and other suspicious activity in and around the hotel. I decided to leave early. My safety was more important than saving money. Expedia should be ashamed to list this hotel. ”

“The shower had someone else's hair, they forgot to put shampoo, conditioner and soap and the walls need to be cleaned better. The attention at the front desk is excellent, everyone is very nice . It's easy to park. We arrived at 11pm and there was parking available for my car”

“I stayed here for five days. Checking in was quick and easy. Room was pretty good, aside from the fact there was no shower curtain in the bathroom.”

“Property was not clean, common areas did not smell fresh room was worse. Dirty towels, marks on walls and doors. Bathroom tub looked unsanitary hot tub looked worse. Furniture scuffed. TV remote was missing and even the tv wasn’t clean! We did not stay the night. ”
