"Location location location! Right in the heart of Soi 11 it did take about an hour to get checked in but it was very busy and the staff was phenomenal at getting things moving. No balcony but clean decent rooms. "

"THE ROOM WAS GREAT, WITH A JACUZZI ON THE BALCONY AND AN AMAZING VIEW OF THE CITY. THE STAFF WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO WHATEVER WE WANTED TO DO AND GAVE GREAT SUGGESTIONS. THE LOCATION WAS ALSO GREAT WE COULD WALK AROUND AND FIND WHATEVER WE WANTED."

"We loved our stay! Excellent location, near heaps of restaurants, massage places, bars and shops. Hotel is beautiful, modern, with a comfortable room and bed, with automatic blackout blinds and awesome views of the city. Well known for its outstanding onsen and spa facilities - need to book in advance even if a guest. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, steam room and sauna facilities next to the gym. Highly recommend!"
