The property is great, the unit was not as up to date as listed and had several maintenance issues. Location and ocean views are just as noted - easy walk to beach and pools are lovely.The unit was dated with uncomfortable furnishings, missing light bulbs (throughout entire unit), bugs in kitchen and washer/dryer was not functioning. We selected this unit for comfort and space for our family but wasted 3 vacation days going back and forth with maintenance to fix issues. With no laundry in unit, we missed a beach day to try to get laundry completed offsite. Unfortunately, some of our clothes were ruined after sending laundry out and property management was not pleasant to deal with. No follow up and responding with AI generated notes that didn’t resolve the issue. Not acceptable at this price point. Find a different management company to deal with. Buyer beware.
