  • Managed by Medina Real estate, Cocolishi, meaning 'seashells' in Papiamento, inspired our studio's name, and you'll notice charming seashell decorations throughout. Situated in the quiet garden of our main house, the studio is surrounded by a variety of fruit trees. Feel free to enjoy fresh papayas and guavas when in season.

    The studio comes with a fully-equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs, and we provide towels and soap for your convenience. Rest assured, there's also safe parking for your rental car.

    Check-in starts at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. We understand travel can be full of surprises, so we offer flexible check-in and check-out times whenever possible.

We had a great experience. Beach is only a 5 minute walk away not 10. Its about a 15 minute walk to the shops, but you can walk along the beach which was enjoyable. Mallory was very attentive asking if we needed more towel or the sheets to be changed. Our only complaint was that there was no hot water for the shower, however, after spending all day in the sun, it was fine to cool down. Overall, for the price and location, this stay was 10/10.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay at the studio in Aruba. It had a perfect little courtyard where we could sit out at night. Had all the essentials we needed to enjoy our stay. We will come back!

I can not say enough good things about our stay! Room exactly as described! Very clean! Had everything you could need. The host is amazing! Always checking up to make sure you have everything you need. Perfect location felt very safe. Will absolutely be booking again for all of our Aruba trips. If you want fancy or a hotel atmosphere then this is not for you. Clean room, quiet area 5 minute walk to beach. Exceptional host!!!

Mallory is a wonderful host. Very friendly and helpful. As for the studio, the overall price-performance ratio was ok. We liked the proximity of the beaches and the bus stop. We were in Aruba in June, and the weather was really hot. We love swimming, so we enjoyed the warm and calm water.

marllory was awesome! made us feel welcomed. the room was a bit small i would recommend only for 2 people only! we used this room for a girls trip for 3 people so it was a bit crowded. the kitchen, bathroom and everything else was functional and great. marllory provided so many extra goodies that were very helpful (i.e. sunscreen, games, map, pots/pans/seasoning, ice, chairs for the beach)! she always checked in with us.

Such an amazing stay!!!!!

We loved our stay here! Seriously can’t recommend it enough. The description is very accurate and it was such a short walk away from the beach! It was also a very short drive away from Arashi Beach/ Tres Trapi which are must visits on the island. We felt very safe in this area and the host was SO SO nice! Extremely responsive and accommodating. Thank you! Gracias!!!!!

Great spot!

Mallory is so kind! We told her our trip was for our 2 year anniversary and she set up the room with balloons, flowers, and chocolate. So kind! The place was very clean and we were happy with the stay! Although the listing says there’s no hot water, it’s not that cold honestly. We found it to be fine.
