Die Lage und Sauberkeit der Wohnung und der ganzen Anlage ist Super. Leider waren die Schränke in den Zimmern viel zu klein um unsere Kleidung für den Urlaub gut zu Verstauen. Wir haben viel aus unseren Koffern und Taschen gelebt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Essen aus dem Restaurant war leider auch nicht besonders gut aber auch nicht nötig da die Küche Wirklich gut war.

Super tolles Personal. Hatten über Belvilla gebucht, die aber unsere Hunde vergessen haben anzugeben, das Personal hat uns einfach so toll geholfen und war einfach richtig lieb. Der Park war super sauber und schön und die Unterkunft war auch top. Die Stühle und die Couch waren zwar schon sehr abgenutzt, jedoch waren das nur Kleinigkeiten und alles andere super. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles☺️

Er fand gar nicht statt. Ich hatte mich über die durchgeführte Buchung und damit eine schöne Urlaubswoche gefreut. Die Buchung wurde ohne Angaben von Gründen am nächsten Tag storniert. Das finde ich unmöglich. Wenn ich am nächsten Tag storniert hätte, wären volle Kosten angefallen. Ich bin richtig sauer!

Wohnung war nicht sauber. Draußen lagen überall Zigarettenkippen. Die Außenfussmatte war voller Hundehaare. In den Anlagen lagen Wattepads u. ein Kleidungsstück, das gebuchte Wäschepaket war der Witz, der Bettbezug war zerrissen, die Handtücher dünn u. verschlissen. Eine Bettdecke hatte gelbe Flecken. Es fehlen hinten und vorne abstellmöglichkeien

Schöner Aufenthalt

Im Großen und Ganzen ein schöner Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorzuheben war die persönliche Begrüßung mit Namen auf einer Karte im Bungalow. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt -leider war der Bungalow für Urlauber mit Hunden, dies war durch einen Hund an der Eingangstüre gekennzeichnet und war auch an einigen stellen sichtbar z.B. Hundehaare hinter der Couch. In der Beschreibung waren Hunde/Haustiere nicht erlaubt! Die Kommunikation war etwas kompliziert, da nicht fewo der Ansprechpartner war, sondern eine Partneragentur, die leider nur ein einziges Mal zu erreichen war. Der Aufenthalt war letztendlich in einem Ferienhaus des Roompot Parks, an die auch ein Teil der Rechnung gezahlt werden musste und dies lt. Beschreibung bei der Ankunft geschehen sollte. Roompot teilte aber immer wieder per Email mit, dass die Rechnung noch nicht beglichen sei, somit haben wir es überwiesen.
