Located two blocks from the beach in the quiet East Oceanview neighborhood of Norfolk! It is the ideal getaway for families and the modern traveler. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Both rooms have a memory foam mattress bed. Master bedroom has a 55 inch smart TV with King bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and work desk. In addition, there is high speed internet, washer and dryer. It is conveniently located minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and breweries!

-5 minute WALK to a quiet calm water beach! (little waves)

•10 minute drive to Norfolk International Airport
•15-20 minute drive to Bon Secours DePaul hospital and Sentara Leigh Hospital

This apartment is locked In the East Oceanview neighborhood of Norfolk. We are located two blocks from the Bay.

**Must be 25 or older to rent. Reservations made under false pretenses are subject to cancellation with no refund.**

We have a STRICT NO PARTY Policy. If you're looking to party, look elsewhere.

We supply 4 beach chairs and umbrella. Please make sure to return them so future guest can use them as well.
