This was my Birthday Girls Trip which we wanted to close access to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the apartment was cozy and spacious. Although it was not warm enough to get into the water, we enjoyed the short walk to the beach and were pleasantly surprised that beach chairs, accessories were in the closet for our use. We were comfortable and enjoyed each room of the apartment. We liked having an assigned parking space so we did not have to park a far distance from the apartment. The local restaurants served tasty food and customer service was nice. I would recommend this location and plan to stay here again in the near future.

This condo unit was in a great place, designated parking and 2.5 blocks from the beach. I would rent again and again.

The unit was exactly as shown. The main reason I chose this group SAS because of all the positive feedback I read up on Nicole. Nicole responded quickly. We can am issue with one of the bed frames. They were on it immediately and got it taken care of the same day! I really appreciated that. And the gentleman they sent over was also super kind. When we left this unit, we had a fairly long list of items that needed to be checked/repaired. The fans weren't operating correctly. I would rent with them again!
