「Fantastic hotel Great staff The only complaint is there restaurant should do breakfast. Since they don't we did not eat there.」

「Very cool concept- whole street of connecting houses. Great facilities inc free electric charging!! Clean room, great breakfast. Really helpful staff. And perhaps most importantly it’s a short walk to Mass MoCA!」

「The towels and bedding were very nice and the bed was comfortable. There was ample, close parking. However, the sink drain was slow. There was no body wash in the shower. The refrigerator noise was so loud we had to unplug it while we slept. The breakfast was poor (no fruit or meat) and the eggs & biscuits and gravy were barely warm. I would not recommend this hotel.」

「Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed...

「I work hard and needed the perfect relaxing place. We booked a night while we were passing through town and it was exactly what we needed. The atmosphere was what you would expect from a Vermont establishment. The beer was great, the meatballs were literally amazing. At first I felt the price of the pizza was a bit high but after eating it I had zero regrets, worth it. Our room was above the bar and provided ear buds. We wouldn’t need them on this night because we may have been the only guests....

「Enjoyed my stay here and wish I had more than an overnight trip! It was a really cozy, well maintained property. The staff greeted me personally as soon as I walked in and then gave me total privacy for the rest of my stay. I get the sense this part of Vermont probably gets a tourism boom during ski season, but this was lovely for a summer getaway.」

「I really enjoyed my stay at the Berkshire Inn, it was safe, clean, and in a convenient part of Pittsfield. Parking was a breeze and I was comfortable in my room. I would definitely book again!」

「The door handle and door mechanism in my room was covered in dust. The door to the bathroom had a hard time closing because it was warped. There was a large stain on the rug. There was a spider on the curtains. I left after one night of a two night stay.」

「Prior to our arrival on a warm day, Rocky the proprietor, made sure he had the room's air conditioning running. We had a nice cool room after a hot motorcycle ride. There are also places in walking distance for breakfast, snacks/beer, and a few restaurants for dinner.」
