“We were extremely disappointed with this property. The photos and description on the listing were completely misleading. Upon arrival, we found the home in poor and unclean condition—floors were dirty, surfaces were grimy, and the space was clearly not maintained to any reasonable standard. To make matters worse, a toilet was out of order, a critical issue that was never disclosed by the owner prior to our arrival. In the bathroom, there was used toiletries and kitchen napkins to dry your hands.……
