“I am 85 years old and agent at check-in immediately asked if I needed a handicapped room. Replied no, I am older, but I am not handicapped. I said I would like a room with a walk-in shower rather than a tub, but one was not available. I was given a handicapped room anyway; however, I’m glad I wasn’t disabled in any way because it would have been difficult to manage in that room. 1) There was a raised divider in the floor between the 2 different types of flooring. “Rooms very clean! Toilet broke during our stay and we had to turn the water off after each use. They offered a new room but said they would fix it the next morning so we declined. After two days toilet still wasn’t fixed. Breakfast is good but depends on who is working how well it’s stocked. Jocelyn does an excellent job and is very friendly and helpful. All the staff is very kind and friendly.”
