「if you like scalding hot coffee - they got it. what they need to do is get different coffee cups. the lids don't fit. cups are not big enough. and get some better furniture. seems like they put chairs in the rooms that are purposely uncomfortable.」

「It was a very busy weekend with lots of families checking in and out. The staff was very helpful and cheerful! The food served was excellent and plentiful.」

「This was our first time staying at a Trilogy hotel and it was absolutely amazing! The hotel is beautiful with so amazingly decorated with such odd yet beautiful furniture throughout. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms are also very nice and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious at the on site restaurant. The hotel also sits directly beside Big Spring Park so we sat on the patio and enjoyed a live concert in the park with food trucks and the works. Highly recommended....
