「Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. We found pubic hair on the towels, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. Even worse, there was a used sanitary pad under the bed that had clearly not been removed by housekeeping. These issues made us question whether the room had been properly cleaned before our arrival. The hotel needs to improve its cleaning standards and quality control.」

「I really enjoyed my stay at the Drury Inn and Suites in Alabama. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and most of all it was quiet, (I like the bottom floor, so I was close to the office).
