「The view from the property is indescribable more like breathtaking. This property hadn’t aged well . Some of the wooden stairs were more of a tripping hazard because of warping . The room itself was bare minimum. The bed upon entering the room looked like someone had been sitting on it prior to coming in. The beds themselves were comfortable. The chairs they were upholstered upon entering were worn and stained . Issues with the tv were resolved in timely matter.」

「Nice, clean, new hotel. Checked all the boxes in terms of things that are important to me – clean room, decent shower, good bed. Still working out some kinks in the restaurant service part, but I’m sure they’ll figure it out after a few weeks. Has a nespresso maker in the room, which is nice. My only complaint would be that the bath products are overly perfumed. Not sure what makes this boutique, but I appreciate that it’s an independent.」

「Couldn’t be more perfect! The staff/owner was incredibly nice and accommodating. I accidentally booked our stay for the wrong about of people and they were able to easily fix it, they also helped with early check-in/check-out. We struggled finding our room and the manager asked us if we needed help and he walked us to or room, even helped carry our things, he was so friendly! 「We had such a nice stay. The staff especially Aaron (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) were so kind and helpful. It is a cozy place to stay within close walking distance to all of the Nederland businesses,restaurants,the creek and the reservoir.」

However we ran the a/c all night because it was fairly a warm building and the noise that the a/c made kept me from sleeping.
