Room was great, everything worked perfectly, nice location. Choose room 13. Best room IMO. The staff had great customer service. -Hot tub is for the one Executive Suite which booked before I had a chance to get it, but was unclear about the hot tub being for exclusive use only. The sauna is available for guests though. The lady in the office was very kind and went above and beyond for breakfast and with service. Will book again! Thank you for the hospitality!

Staff was very friendly and provided great suggestions of places to eat for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner! Our room was very clean and cozy, enjoyed the hot tub and local restaurants. Very pleased with our experience here! The only “problem” was the WiFi. Other than that I have no complaints! We will definitely be back!

Foot of the Mountain was a quaint motel that was a wonderful basecamp to visit Boulder. We visited for a recent football game, and the motel was only a 10 minute car ride from campus. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made sure that we were enjoying our stay. The quick hike up into Boulder Creek Path was scenic and simple, but filled with great interior views of the foothills.

The motel is in a perfect location. Right off of Boulder Creek. There is a park along Boulder Creek right across the street and easy access to the Red Rocks Trail of Boulder that goes through some really neat rock formations. The motel is very rustic. It was built in 1933 and probably has the original wood paneling. While I have no complaints about the main room (with beds (which were comfortable) and desk, the bathroom needs help. Our sink was stopped up, took forever to drain. The tub/shower surround and tub/shower were dirty. And the tub/shower surround very definitely needed to be replaced, or at least re-caulked. The shower pressure however was great and the water did not pool while taking a shower.
