“While early clean there was hair on the bathroom floor when I arrived.”

“Quite honestly this was a better than expected stay. From the complimentary warm continental breakfast to the complimentary toothpaste that i forgot! And the very well kept rooms.”

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“Exceptionally clean, in the mornings staff was cleaning top to bottom. Beds were clean and comfortable. Hot coffee all day. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage links, waffles. Pool area was clean and well kept. Plenty of towels. They have a bigger pool as well as a smaller kid pool with a water feature and a hot tub. We also enjoyed the fire pit table. In all, very nice stay and will definitely be back.”

“Electrical tape covering outlets that didn't have covers. Weird light-colored stain on the carpet between bed and nightstand. TV screen was dark and couldn't be adjusted. AC worked just fine. The waffle tasted strange. Never had one that tasted like that. Can't even explain. Didn't eat it.”

“The staff couldn’t have been nicer! Our suite exceeded our expectations. We were celebrating our 30 year anniversary and they put a sign congratulating us on the wall of the elevator! One of many special touches. The lobby offered refreshing specialty iced tea drinks as well as water, coffee and hot chocolate. There was even complementary chicken noodle soup and chocolate chip cookies. The breakfasts were great. Hot good food that was a perfect way to start each day. The location was ideal. We……

“Amazing location and waterpark. Rooms were very nice and clean. Spacious space for the three of us. The waterpark was amazing and not too busy. I liked the fact that you can’t get day passes for the waterpark like a lot of the other waterpark/hotels do now.”

“First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again ”

“The Lodge was under construction when we stayed there so it was a little dusty - mainly outdoors. My room was just off the lobby. The noise from the lobby overflowed to my room until they closed the fire doors. I would recommend they close them earlier ~ 9 pm.”

“The lake view was the only nice thing. Room had nothin. A bed and small table with chair. No phone to contact office, no fan, no TV, no refrigerator, no internet / WiFi, no in-room bathroom, no sink, no mirror, a detached head board, two flat pillows looked already used.”
