「This hotel is located close to Canton and Akron. Convenient for our stay. So disappointed in the front desk staff. Upon check in she never looked up and just said, "credit card and driver's license". That was it. Handed us the key and pointed to the elevators. This happened three of the four days when we asked the front desk questions. Same person. Room service was iffy. They didn't replenish the coffee or the drinking cups and on two of the days the bed was never made up. These may sound petty...

「Everything went well. The lady up front was very accommodating on arrival. The buffet room was very nice size, but there were no signs posted that we saw, saying you could get an omelette cooked for you. We only noticed this after we’d already gotten our breakfast from the bar. The setup for that was really the only letdown. Clean Hotel and comfortable beds」

「The staff Charlene was excellent with making sure room was clean and making sure we had enough linens and towels. Briana was helpful with check in and Gloria was great on check out day great staff.」
