"The room,the staff,and breakfast were all great. It's clean and the hotel's in a good location,close to shopping,a wide array of resteraunts and the airport. The only complaint we had was the pool. It's small and gets pretty cramped when there's a bunch of kids in there,and there's not enough seating ..."

"Second worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Had a cockroach in the room. Bathroom door had to be lifted up by the handle to close it. Mattresses were old and worn out with depressions. We would've liked more toiletries, towels, a wine cork screw opener (I had to purchase one on my own when it should've been provided after the price we ended up paying) and the hot tub needed to be hotter. ..."
