「Great location. The happy hour was nice with wine and cheese. However, we did not find the bed comfortable. We thought the breakfast was poor quality, like did that quiche come out of a box? I thought $450 for JUST a room was way over priced even if it is Boulder.」

「I had a hard time checking in late. The number listed on Expedia didn’t work. The property manager/owner isn’t onsite in the evening. Another person staying helped me get checked in. It was difficult to tell where the entrance was. It wasn’t lit up. The room we had was so cute. The property owner was nice when we net him and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!!」

「I can’t begin to explain the beauty of the property. It is truly heaven to wake up, look out your window and see the mountains! I sat by the river and crocheted. Looking at the gorgeous scenery and hearing the peaceful river is beyond bliss. The place is absolutely gorgeous, spotless, unique, close to town, and has an awesome breakfast. It’s not a matter of if we come back, but when. I don’t know what else to say except you will NOT be disappointed if you book any room in this wonderful...

「Excellent people and house!」

「We had a great stay! The property was adorable, the staff kind and courteous, and served me a fantastic gluten free breakfast both days. Highly recommend!」

「Adorable and comfortable condo conveniently located. We really enjoyed our stay!」

「Very nice, historic home with old world charm. You’re able to roam the property and see the ballroom. Breakfast is made to order. Host made an exception for me as I only wanted toast with jelly and black coffee. Walking around in the neighborhood was very nice with all the old houses.」

「This stay was an unexpected eye opener to a time when antiques, and sumptuous sit down breakfasts with warm and kind people were a normal day-to-day experience. This beautiful historical home, centrally located within walking distance of the picture perfect town of Golden was an over-the-top addition to the plans we had made for my niece's 50th birthday. We highly recommend this unique B&B to anyone who wants a fresh perspective on what is truly important in life. This will not disappoint.」

「We have stayed at Rose Street B&B several times, and we always look forward to the next trip! Helpful, friendly staff, great breakfast, fabulous mountain setting.」

「Safe place a short ride from downtown.」

「The host was very welcoming and very knowledgeable! Everything was perfect, we'll definitely be back for another stay.」

「The location , the quaint Victorian feel the breakfast & coffee」

「The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Just what we needed after days hiking and exploring in Rocky Mountain National Park.」
