“Beautiful and well-appointed property. We were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. Lovely details have been added to this renovation. The surrounding land, access to beach, and peacefulness added to the enjoyment of our stay. ”

“We had a lovely break at Cheviot View. Lovely quiet location, excellent views. Owners Were perfect hosts. The only thing that was really missed was a dishwasher!! Apart from that, a good choice of cottage.”

“Property is well located and beds are comfy. It was very cold in the property when we arrived as the thermostat had been turned to 10 degrees and there were no matches to light the fire. The whole property felt like it needed a bit of a refresh.....walls marked, some mirrors cracked, doors & handles chipped, kitchen equipment mismatched and well used, some kitchen equipment broken, dining room chair broken and not usable. The shower has a slanted roof so not ideal as you have to duck to prevent……

“This is a smashing 2 bedroomed flat, tastefully decorated and with everything at hand for a very comfortable stay. The property has its own parking space in a yard at the back with a rickety path down to a fast flowing stream of water attractive and dangerous to my Spaniel.... The only inconvenience was the walk down the road to a place suitable for my Dog to do his business. Other than that it's a winner.”

“Great apartment right in the town centre. Spacious living space and everything you need for a home from home experience. As the flat is high up you get great views out towards the castle and the roof windows give great views of the stars on a clear night.”

“Contact difficult, automated responses to messages, voicemail for calls. We wanted early entry but apparently this is not avaliable unless booked in advance for housekeeping purposes. An hr early on a wet Thursday in February, I'm sure could've been manageable, or a least a call back to say no. I requested twin beds as in photo, king bed was made up.No toilet roll in bathroom, not one. I've never experienced this anywhere else I've stayed previously, there has been no response to me……

“Perfectly placed, rented a few places around the area this one is the best one yet, the only thing we found was a whiff in the bathroom due to the soil pipe vent been in the bathroom, no idea why?. Still this hasn’t put us off, already booked for October.”
