“This property blew me away for being a Best Western. The hot tub is the star, it is a beautiful little slice of paradise. You feel like you’re on a tropical vacation in there and it is so clean and well maintained. The whole pool area and patio are beautiful. The pool was perfect for my son who stayed in the shallow baby area, the hot tub was wonderful for me to relax in, the seating all around was perfect for my husband and the basketball hoop in the pool was great for my daughter. “We checked in late to our room, and discovered the sheets were never changed. There was food and sand in the bed. I’m 8.5 months pregnant and just wanted to lay down, so we cleaned everything and went to bed. Slept for about 2 hours and kept waking up grossed out by the entire situation. I messaged the property, and the reply was “apologies, we will review procedures with housekeeping”. Nothing about a comp or even a discount. Terrible Customer Service response.”
