「I loved this hotel since we arrived, the young man who attended us to check in was very nice, he accommodated us and gave us a unique service. The one who took us to the room didn't help enough with all the information, very nice and clear. Customer service 10/10 the Best of the best 👏👏. They gave us a massage at the spa and Jordan and Carla were very kind and the Massage was perfect 👌. 」

「We fell in love with our 1 bedroom apartment. It was beautiful and had a spectacular view of the ocean. The staff was so friendly, helpful and kind. We only got a couple of the staff’s names but one was Wairy in the office and she answered all of our questions and helped us rebook the same apartment for March.
