「Very nice staff」

「只有一樣嘢不好：跟前台說我們的電話壞了到最後一天都還是沒有人來修理」

「A nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly staff. Big rooms, high ceiling, A/C. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but the restaurant, really drags this hotel down. Extremly long wait to receive our meals, cold. 45 minutes to 1 hour to wait for breakfast. Also, internet did not reach all the bed rooms which was annoying. Not major but still something to mention. Besides that, everything this hotels brings up is great」

「Great buffet! Love the desserts!. They have good activities through out the day starting at 10:00 am. At night great music. We had one night DJ second night live music.」

「The place was divine! To me its the best stay at Punta Rucia Beach. It has all in one place. The food and drinks were great, staff was very amenable. Theres parking available as soon as you enter. I also felt very safe. This is actually one of my favorite beaches and would come back to stay here as well. The staff were aware that I was celebrating my birthday and they made sure I felt very special!」

「The room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing and parking was available at all times」

「Very clean. Comfortable. Close to the beach. There are cafes and restaurants on the beach to suit every taste and budget. Great pool.」

「It has the best view over seeing the beach」

「I would definitely recommend the place is very nice and the people are very friendly」

「We had a wonderful stay! The host and his companion were absolutely amazing, very welcoming, and attentive to our needs. They took us to Costambar, where we had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed the experience. The chef was also excellent, and breakfast was delicious. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here. We would love to come back again!」

「The staff is great and very friendly. However, the property needs a little maintenance. Very peaceful and you can relax if that's what you want. Food is okey. People go to resort to eat and drink and spend time with my family. I ate when I was hungry wherever they had and it was delicious. In my opinion, you get what you pay for. If I could, I would come back.」

「The place with most bad customer service they didn’t even have towel in the room and don’t provided anything」

「Place was very nice and ALL the staff were fantastic and very communicative. Beach is in walking distance and they also do have golf carts to bring you around free of charge. I would absolutely return again.」

「Had an amazing time! It’s a big resort so there’s a lot of walking or waiting for a shuttle BUT in my opinion it’s worth it. Checking out the different spots around the hotel, and not staying at the same pool/area each day. Lots to do and a lot of excursions available. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They have “snacks” available till 4am for the drunk munchies lol」
