“I would like to thank the staff member at the front desk who checked me in and did everything possible to fix my issues. First two rooms I was given the AC wasn’t working too well but they changed my room to one of the newer rooms, which worked out well. Only thing I would say is the cleaning staff needs to be more thorough, as I found a used you know what wrapper on the floor under the night stand. The rooms definitely need to be updated, the safes need to be codes and keys. The card key never worked and just in general, the whole hotel can use updating. “Nuestra experiencia en Select Casa Marina fue buena. La habitación muy buena, el restaurante internacional Hermanns es excelente, la comida muy rica. Lo que sí podemos sugerir es tener un buffet separado para la parte de Select, un camarero que realice rondas constantes en la piscina infinita y jacuzzi, porque nos faltó atención en las bebidas dentro de la piscina. Y también que tengan algún maletero en el lobby principal que nos ayude con el equipaje hasta el lobby del Select, ya que tuvimos……
