No se veía el mar pero tenía el Jacuzzi de agua caliente estaba detrás de mi cuarto. Las piscinas estaban con arena o animalitos. El bufet daban prácticamente lo mismo todo los días.

Our VIP Room was comfortable and spacious! The swim up room was a special treat. Our housekeeping staff was wonderful. The Spa was relaxing and professional. Rosa and Andres were fantastic and very professional. The wait staff in the main dining area were attentive and helpful while the wait staff in the VIP dining were nice but could benefit from some additional training. Overall, our stay was pleasurable and a great escape!

I stayed 3 nights at Select Casa Marina to celebrate my parents’ 40th anniversary and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. It was totally worth it. I wanted to surprise them with a decorated room, and Amal was incredibly kind from the start and truly went above and beyond to make it happen. The setup was beautiful with balloons, flowers, champagne, and even a thoughtful extra touch that made my mom cry happy tears. I’m really grateful for the care she put into it. If you’re celebrating something special, definitely ask for Amal. She helped turn a trip into a memory we’ll always cherish. Food was great overall. I definitely didn’t go hungry. The Seascape a la carte restaurant and the international restaurant for Select guests were especially good, and even the buffet had plenty of tasty options. Select guests also get special seating at the buffet with beautiful ocean views, which was a nice touch. The grounds were the perfect size for me. Not too small but not overwhelming either. I stayed on the Select side and recommend it since you get your own pool and more relaxed areas. The scenery is gorgeous with mountain views plus beach views that really stick with you. Entertainment wise, I caught one nighttime show that was fun and high energy, and I also enjoyed the club. Overall, I would definitely return. The staff were attentive and genuinely cared about the guests, which made the whole experience even better.

Most days I worked hard to get luke-warm water in the shower. Only 2 days out did I actually get warm water. One day I couldn't get warm water at all. Room had 2 robes but neither had a belt. There is shampoo/condition/bar of soap but no body lotion. Room fridge will contain a single Sprite, a single Coke, and 2 Coors Lights. That's it. There is an in room coffee maker. In room safe worked well. *No elevators* though I did see ramps for wheelchairs. Several power outages during the week which weren't a big deal as the backup generators came on pretty quick. Beaches: Select only beach is small but quieter than the regular areas. I wish there were more lounge chairs & more umbrellas so you must get up early to reserve. The regular beach for families is much larger but didn't have any umbrellas the day I was there. The 2 beaches are divided by a rock formation so you cannot really jog for exercise along them. Both beaches are clean. Water sports: huge shoutout to the Divemaster was great & really cares about keeping you safe & making sure you have a good dive experience. Food: yikes, its pretty bad at the buffets. My suggestion is to line up for the chef's stations & try to make it work. Desserts were good. There is a coffee bar with real espresso on the Select side with strange hours. Ate once at the reservation only Tex Mex place & it was just ok. Gym: ugh. 2 treads and only one sortof worked (a slow death mark & a sprint). Two bikes which I didn't even attempt.

I loved this hotel since we arrived, the young man who attended us to check in was very nice, he accommodated us and gave us a unique service. The one who took us to the room didn't help enough with all the information, very nice and clear. Customer service 10/10 the Best of the best 👏👏. They gave us a massage at the spa and Jordan and Carla were very kind and the Massage was perfect 👌.

Where to start… Oh the Food! It’s absolutely terrible! Breakfast was about the only meal edible cuz it’s Eggs! Hard to mess that up. Everything else from the overcooked Lobster and rubber Steak on NYE to the Mexican restaurant that has old bagged Guacamole are all barely equivalent to dog food! Nothing is fresh… I understand you have a lot of people to fees but jeez you could do better! Tasteless nasty mass garbage! We found a food delivery service i suggest using! Also a few decent places outside the property. Really bad paying what we did and have to leave for food! Next, zero service around the pools or on the beach for drinks or food! Employees at the bars and buffet were all great! Cannot fault them for Managements and Chefs very poor choices and skills on food! Rooms were nothing special and Hot water is limited. Internet was slow. I know some issues related to location and Island time! But absolutely NO excuse on how bad the food was! Resort it self was in a decent location and the beach was fine, but would never stay again!

Because we heavily relied on the reviews in choosing this "resort" I am taking the time to write a very detailed review of our stay this past week. My partner and I stayed for 7 nights and reserved an ocean view with a balcony. Upon arrival, every single restaurant and snack options were closed for 1.5 hours (which was awful considering we had not eaten due to traveling). When we checked in, we requested information on the amenities and the concierge said let m see if I can print one out for you. We were there for New Year's and requested information on activities for the festivities and were informed that there was "a lot going on." Upon entry in our room, much to our dismay there was a triangular barrier covering our view of the ocean and to our horror, the balcony was about 3 feet wide and 5 feet long which essentially was no balcony at all. Our toilet seat could not stay up and so my partner and I were challenged in using the restroom as a female and as a male alike. Also, there was literally NO hot water. We requested a room change and were given a new room with an actual balcony on day 3 of our 8 day stay. The room was very humid and reeked of cigarette smoke (the smell has seeped into our bags and all of our belongings). As for the food, to say that the food was subpar is an understatement. My partner got horribly sick from the food by day 2 and from that day on we ate off premises and paid for our own food, except the breakfast which we had toast and eggs.
