“Enjoyed sharing a kitchen area with our 2 travel partners. Nice and clean, comfy bed, great shower, they needed some batteries in the remote control for the TV, and some light bulbs in lamps. Really didn't like that they asked us to empty the garbage out back of the building into the...bin? We left at 5am for the ferry, so were unable to do that. A surprising request, as we paid the same rate as a hotel; never been asked to empty the garbage before. Otherwise a pretty good spot. Travis at the……

“Again Expedia got us a deal. We got the poorest room in a very rundown motel. I looked into two other rooms as the cleaning staff was working, they were 50% better. “Felt like home! Cottage feeling, beautiful views, staff are so accommodating nice and friendly, we absolutely loved it here. Restaurant is amazing, staff there are also so friendly, beds were comfortable and the pillows were awesome. 10/10 highly recommended we will be back.”

“We had a seven day stay and it was beautiful! The fire pit and picnic table sit right above the ocean, beautiful morning sunrises. The beach was also great for walking, really quiet area and calm seas. You could hear the ocean from the room!There was a little bit of occasional road noise but honestly, the highway is never busy! “The location was great , mid island. There is a pub/restaurant 1 min away with beautiful views. A few doors the opposite direction a coffee shop restaurant with amazing food. Steps away from that a grocery store with everything you need. The house is very well equipped and homey .”

“Nice clean place with well equipped kitchen. Fantastic to have a full washer and dryer in the bathroom. Screens on all windows so could open windows no problem. Can walk down the street to the Axe and Anchor restaurant for a delicious dinner. Central location on Haida Gwaii, 1 hr north to Masset and Tow Hill and 45 mins south to Skidegate. We took the 20 min ferry from Skidegate to Alliford Bay to explore Sandspit and surrounding area. Host was very friendly and good at communicating. Only……
