"The breakfast was fresh, but a very limited menu. I guess I can’t complain, since it’s free. Rooms are pretty spacious and clean. The kitchenette makes things easy if you have kids and need a refrigerator and a microwave. Overall, a great economical hotel. "

"The staff is efficient while managing a moderate yet steady guest load on one of the busier days at the property during my stay. The check in & out process through automation is efficient. The addtional touch points with on site staff have been exempleary. Personally I felt attended to by staff in a time efficient manner. The property remains upkept and clean as well. I even noticed linen exchanges at various times to accomodate what appears to be various guests requests. "

"The hotel team made the stay. Could have staffed more servers by the pool area, but bartenders were always accessible. Shelly stood out - took wonderful care of my family. Also, room staff were great. For example, Allen greeted us a couple mornings warmly and genuinely as he passed us in the hallway. Great way to start the day. The restaurant manager at Ria in the evening (dark curly long hair) took great care of us, as well. The staff care about the guests and take pride in representing The Ritz. We are contemplating returning next year if our schedules allow."
