“The property was very VERY small, and despite the pictures showing a driveway, the day we were arriving I received an email with instructions that said the driveway was NOT part of this unit and we needed to park on the street. The property is much smaller than it looks in the photos, so much so that my daughter felt claustrophobic from the moment we stepped in, let alone when we went upstairs to the very small second bedroom. Tried to get at least some of our money back but the Host, a company……

I didnt know it was the bottom unit of a 2 unit rental and the people above us were up until 4am and not loud per say but they were not walking quiet and there was cabinets slamming or something like that happening the entire stay which was very weird feeling since there was 2 girls staying alone we were a little on edge. “This listing felt like false advertising. When we arrived, the door was unlocked and open, causing a lack of security right away. There were no tennis courts, the pool was half filled, the AC wasn’t working, the TV wasn’t working, there were clothes from a previous tenant still in the unit, and some of the sliding doors didn’t lock. The listing also stated no pets allowed, but my husband and daughter who are allergic to dogs and cats reacted right away upon entering the unit. The building this……
