I don't normally mind that smell, but it was overwhelming from the first moment we entered the building. The first thing we notice when we plop our bags down on the bed is long dark human hair on the pillow. The experience just got worse from there.」

「I couldn’t figure out why this motel was rated so high. I was given a room that smelled horribly like smoke. I should have asked for another room immediately but waited until the next day. She then switched me to a much nicer room, night and day difference. It frustrates me that they didn’t give me their best room in the beginning, but rather their worst one.
