Extra safety precautions:
Between stays our cleaner will be sanitizing the house, paying extra attention to high touch areas (door knobs, keyless entry pad, remote controls, etc).

Maple View House underwent a major whole house renovation and addition. There is a large kitchen with a 10' island, and ample dining for everyone. Our house offers 5.5 bathrooms, 9 bedrooms, 4 living rooms, 3 fireplaces, 4 flat screen TVs, and a huge game room with a pool table, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, boss toss, darts and a poker table, as well as a sauna and bar area. Our high speed wifi, walking treadmill, and a desk area are great for getting a little work done.

PLEASE NOTE: In the summer, we have a 3 night minimum. Check in/out days are Mon, Wed, Thur, or Fri.

Per town regulations, we allow a maximum of 9 vehicles. Parking is limited to our paved driveway area, and is not permitted on the grass or shoulder.

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood with noise restrictions. If you anticipate late nights or loud guests our home is not a good fit for your group.

This is a beautiful, well-kept property with tons of space for our large family. The owners provided everything we could have needed and quite a bit more to make our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend!

Our group included nine 76 year old buddies since grade school. The property offered each of us a private bedroom and plenty of bathrooms. The facility was clean, neat, and very well stocked from linen's to any kitchen item desirable. We loved it and hope to stay there again next year.

Fantastic property and location. Lots of room for 9 adults and 2 children to spread out. Game room got lots of use by all, the kids loved the air hockey. So very quite at night, even being on an alternate road around the Conway crawl. The host, Katie, was easy to reach and responsive to any questions. Great time had by all.

Fun, Convenient, and Cozy

This is a great property if you have a lot of guests! We had 16 total with mostly couples and everyone got their own room. Owner’s are fantastic. Very helpful and easy to communicate. Loved staying here and would again. 10/10 recommend!

Friends getaway weekend

This house has everything you need and more, plenty of space for everybody, more than enough to do, we never wanted to leave the house, except to go to the supermarket for more food, highly recommend this house. Owners is super friendly and accommodating.

Our group of friends/family stayed here for MLK weekend. The house was perfect — great size and big enough where everyone felt they had their own space, and the open concept kitchen/living room was a great fit for our group! This property is just perfect for large groups. There is space for everyone to spread out but also tons of space for everyone to be together. The large porch outback is beautiful comfortable chairs. All of the beds were so comfortable. Everyone had something positive to say about it. The kitchen area is amazing. We gathered there every night. It’s so easy to get in touch with the owner. Great house, loved our long weekend vacation

We had a group of 11 for a long weekend winter vacation. The house couldn't have been better. Very clean and well stocked. The game room was lots of fun too. Katie and Tony were great hosts. I highly recommmend this house for a large group. Its highly likely we will stay here again.

Annual ski weekend

The property was great for our group of friends/ family with young kids/toddlers. Hosts were great communicators and very gracious/ helpful with any questions! It was unseasonably warm so we didn't get to utilize the fireplaces, but they were beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and it made our 10th annual ski ( and board game) weekend a lovely time.

Property location very convenient to North Conway. House was plenty of room for the 8 of us, each of us having our own bedroom (which is hard to find). House was stocked with everything we needed, and the host was amazing to work with (very responsive). Great stay, would do it again. Btw, back of house with amazing deck, firepit and spacious backyard was great, although because of rain we did not get to use it much.

Rooms, rooms and more rooms!

A beautiful house that easily accommodates many guests with its multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and places to hang out. The great room was wonderful for entertaining and dining. The game room allowed us to have so much fun and many memories were made full of laughter! A bit closer to a busy road and commercial garage than the pictures portray if you are looking for privacy. Easy access to many quaint stores, restaurants, and scenic views.
