"It was a good hotel"

"My stay was disappointing due to several maintenance and room-related issues. First, my room did not have both a microwave and refrigerator as expected. I had to request that a microwave be moved from another room to mine. Second, the hotel's front entrance door had an extremely loud squeak that could be heard clearly from my room, especially at night when trying to sleep. After the first night, I informed the manager and suggested that a simple application of lubricant could likely resolve the issue. He said he would take care of it before my second night, but the problem was never addressed. Finally, the bathtub drain mechanism was broken. The chain/lever assembly would not function properly, requiring me to manually hold the lever down to drain the water. Otherwise, it would lock back into place and prevent the tub from draining. These issues may seem minor individually, but together they negatively impacted the overall comfort and quality of my stay."
